I am a senior event advisor with more than 35 years of experience across creative, technical and production environments.
My career has taken me from lighting design and technical direction to production management and event technology leadership, delivering complex projects in Switzerland and internationally.
For the past six years, I have worked within the International Olympic Committee, advising on and managing event technology for major institutional events.
This combination of long-term production experience and client-side responsibility gives me a clear understanding of both the ambition behind an event and the conditions required to deliver it successfully.
I understand creative intent, technical complexity, suppliers, budgets, schedules and operational pressure.
I also understand the realities of the client organisation: strategic objectives, stakeholder expectations, procurement, legal and ethical requirements, sustainability, governance and internal decision-making.
I support organisations responsible for high-profile international events where multiple stakeholders, suppliers, technologies and expectations must be aligned.
My role is to bring clarity, identify risks early, connect the right people and help ensure that important decisions are made at the right time.
I simplify unnecessary complexity and bring resilience to the overall solution.
I contribute to the production and technology approach, review plans and requirements, translate between client expectations and production realities, coordinate stakeholders and suppliers, lead specific workstreams, and provide senior oversight during preparation, rehearsals and delivery.
I strengthen the project by bringing together creative ambition, operational feasibility, client expectations, supplier capabilities, strategic objectives and technical detail.
My value lies in combining hands-on production experience with client-side insight within one of the world’s most demanding international organisations.
